First lady Melania Trump may be only 47, but she surely looks much younger.

Everybody would want to have a body like hers, and that slim figure is enviable to most. Recently, some older interview about her personal life, have emerged, providing the public with a little bit teensy insight into the life of the notoriously “private” FLOTUS.

As a former model, Melania is already enjoying a healthy lifestyle. She tends to consume seven pieces of fruit day, all of which provide her with the vitamins and minerals for her hair and skin. In the morning, she only has a few ingredients rich in vitamins for breakfast.

She often starts the day with a nutrient-filed smoothie or fiber-rich oatmeal, also providing herself with additional vitamins that are beneficial for her hair and nails. “I take vitamins A, C, and E to keep my skin, hair, and nails healthy,” she revealed to Bella NYC in 2011. Water, moisturizer and sleep are also keys for Melania’s youthful appearance, especially since she’s reportedly “against Botox.”

That doesn’t mean Melania is all about diet, but instead, balance. She explained, “I love chocolate and ice cream, and I have those things once in a while. It’s good to indulge cravings and your tastes once in a while…as long as you balance those things with healthy foods.” Sometimes, she’ll opt for a piece of dark chocolate for a snack or a glass of Diet Coke.

Although, she doesn’t overindulge in food, (her favorite meal is the chicken parm from NYC’s Jean Georges), she also doesn’t participate in diet fads.

Melania leads pretty dynamic life, and likes exercising she especially prefers pilates and tennis, hoping to get her back in shape after Baron’s birth. It is more than clear, we may never be able to afford Melania’s taste in fashion, but hope we would be able to afford her taste at the gym.
